| Organizational Mentoring With an unmatched pedigree that crosses industries and disciplines I have time and again been sought after as someone to coach and mentor new executives entering the workforce. For years now the business world has prepared themselves for the induction of the millennial workforce. But Wall Street, Madison Avenue and the Fortune 500 will only bend so far. Times have changed and the swagger that graduates had just a few years ago is gone. Unfortunately, no one has prepared these kids for the real world, what to really expect. Word of advice, don't have your mom call to negotiate your pay. Career Development As a certified instructional designer, subject matter expert and experienced trainer, I have had the great opportunity of training, coaching and developing some of the greatest folks in corporate America. From financial product training to career development, one-on-one coaching or large venues, I'm always available for partnering with professionals looking to get to the next step. Graduate and Undergrad Consulting I have had the great honor to have attended St. John's University. St. John's is one of America's leading Catholic universities – recognized for its superb academic programs, diverse student life, BIG EAST excitement and New York vitality. Founded in 1870 by the Vincentian Community, St. John's is known for giving students the knowledge, skills and confidence to serve others while achieving personal and professional success. Graduates become leaders in their professions, their communities and the world. I strive to serve others in the Vincentian way as a way to thank the University for all it has given me. I am proud to participate in many of the events that the university organizes - Entrepreneur nights, mocktail parties, the COACH program, Days on Wall Street, and other alumni/student events. Bill presented with award from St. John's University Recently I was presented with an award for outstanding contribution to the business societies of the Tobin School of Business at St. John's University during the annual induction ceremonies of the management, economics and finance societies. From the press release: "It was nothing I was expecting, but now something I'll always treasure." Bill thanked the students for making St. John's one of the best business schools in America. "As an alum, you are always concerned with what the diploma hanging on you wall is worth. It's value rests squarely on the next class to graduate from your Alma mater. I want to thank you guys for making those diplomas of mine more precious." As a thank you for all of the effort and professionalism that St. John's student come through with Bill donated a business library to the school. Religious Instruction As a catechist, it is my duty and honor to teach the youth of the life and love of Jesus and prepare them for the sacraments of Christian Initiation and Reconciliation. Youth Coaching I am a highly sought after, award winning "Play Like A Champion Today" coach who will be coaching a youth team located on Long Island for the fall season. It is my job to make 140+ kids healthier and happier by the end of each season. Kids love structure and striving for goals. I am a Notre Dame certified and CYO sanctioned coach. |
